Dr. Ken Rousselo
Dr. Rousselo founded Preston Optometry in 1995 with the "vision" of treating patients with the level of service and personal attention that seems to be missing from most doctors' offices. A 1989 graduate of Michigan College of Optometry, Dr. Rousselo practices family eye care for anyone over age 5. Specializing in accurate eye glass prescriptions, all types of contact lenses (including hard to fit astigmatism and bifocal corrections), and general medical eye visits (including diabetic eye exams). Dr. Rousselo promises to take the time to answer your questions and explain everything fully. Taking time to get to know you helps him customize your prescription to suit your individual needs.
Dr. Rousselo enjoys volunteering his services to many local organizations and schools. He helped establish a vision clinic at the Durham Rescue Mission and volunteers there twice a month. He has traveled to rural Kenya to perform eye exams. He has also had the privilege of screening U.S. combat troops prior to their deployment, as well as checking vision for new enlistments. Our office is proud to offer free eye exams and glasses to individuals in need as well as supporting local charities and school groups. As a Cary resident Dr. Rousselo feels it is vital to give back to the community. Pictured below is Dr. Rousselo on a recent missions trip to Africa.
